• To authenticate approved users and protect the app from unauthorised access.
• To save songbook edits, favourites, arrangement choices, and set lists.
• To diagnose problems, prevent abuse, and maintain the service.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Google Account information is used only to authenticate approved worship-team members and operate the songbook. We only share data with service providers when needed to run or secure the app, or when required by law.

Google user data

Chatswood Songbook uses Google Sign-In to receive your name, email address, and profile photo. This information is used to identify you, confirm that you are an approved team member, maintain your signed-in session, and display your account within the app. We do not use Google user data for advertising.

Chatswood Songbook’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Data retention

We keep account and app data only as long as needed for the songbook to operate or as required for administrative or legal reasons.

Your choices and deletion

You can stop using the app at any time and revoke Chatswood Songbook’s access from your Google Account permissions. To request deletion of account or app data, contact the site administrator through the church.
